  • The paper intitled "A Web-based Protein Interaction Network Visualizer" has been accepted for publication in BMC Bioinformatics journal, 2014. The paper describes a Web-based Protein Interaction Network Visualizer tool: PINV, an open source, native web application that facilitates the visualization of protein interactions. this tool provides an attractive view of complex, fully interactive networks with a set of tools that allow the querying, filtering and manipulation of the visible subset, moreover being a web resource, PINV facilitates sharing and publishing capabilities, which are required functions for today's research collaborative environments. Click here to start the PINV tool and here to view or download the PINV source code.
  • A paper abstract entitled "Integrating heterogeneous Gene Ontology annotation pipelines using semantic similarity measures" has been accepted for publication in Frontiers in Genetics journal, 2014.
  • The paper intitled "Information Content-based Gene Ontology Functional Similarity Measures: How good are these measures?" is a research article currently under review.
